Swing 35 Luxury Villas is a sustainable and environmentally friendly project that combines design, luxury and exclusivity. This is a new luxury villa project in Salobre Golf like never before, consisting of the construction of 12 sustainable homes in which the construction of the same has been successfully integrated with the environment in which it is located, and whose facilities are aimed at minimizing energy consumption and waste, and consequently, reducing environmental pollution and ensuring comfort in daily life.

This villa in particular (model 1A) has 229 m2 on a 369 m2 plot with views of the Golf Course. It consists of 3 bedrooms as well as a large multipurpose space in its basement. The layout of this spectacular villa is as follows; Ground floor consisting of hall, 40 m2 living room, 7.40 m2 kitchen that can be open island style or semi-independent (at the client's choice), toilet, 10 m2 outdoor living area, 15 m2 solarium, 104 m2 garden area as well as infinity pool with integrated whirlpool.

The Eco-Smart intelligence also uses energy from solar panels, allowing the customer to choose when to use energy from the battery and when to use energy from the grid.

This project includes 4 types of villas of between 217m2 and 350m2 built on large plots ranging from 369m2 to 738m2.
