Lovely sea view from when you enter the apartment. You can see the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the living room, kitchen and bedroom.
The apartment is light, airy and modernly furnished. It has white painted walls and light gray floor tiles, except in the bedroom where the original tiles were kept. These are in very good condition. The property was, so to speak, completely renovated in approx. 2015. New pipe system in the entire apartment from then (invoice from performing craftsman as proof.) New entrance door, terrace door and windows in the bedroom and bathroom from 2021.
