The latter can be reached on foot within half an hour. For those who like to go for walks in the mountains, there are a number of mountain trails nearby with easy access. Very good location in a quiet and peaceful area without through traffic.

The sink was also replaced the same year. The following white goods are included: Oven, extractor fan, dishwashing machine, vitroceramic hob with 4 plates and fridge with freezer compartment. The white goods are chrome colored and of high quality.
Direct access to the balcony from the living room and kitchen. The balcony doors and windows otherwise have a maintenance-free aluminum frame and mirror glass that prevents visibility and avoids overheating from the sun as the sun's rays are reflected back. Blinds.
