The location is ideal, at only 500 meters from the Sports Marina and the Sandy beach. Following a slightly sloped pedestrian walkway down through palm trees and green areas you will arrive to a commercial area with good restaurants, shops and supermarkets. You can also find various several multilingual medical consultants (mini clinics).

This very well kept complex is built over 3 floors, with all apartments facing the heated pool, surrounded by a large sundeck, offering beautiful views over the valley and to the sea.

It is a complex ideal for those who wish to stay for long periods of time in a calm and relaxing environment, whilst enjoying the unique microclimate of the area (more sun and less wind), in fact, since reopening 80% of our clients have continued to rent with us.
