Join in the fun on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Arguineguin as Carnival begins!

Thursday night activities begin at 9pm with the towns Carnival gala. Location: Market square On Friday night the activities start at 8pm with a concert, followed at 9.30pm a small street parade and at 10pm the drag queen show which is a mini version of the famous event held in Las Palmas. Location: Market square Saturday fun starts at 7pm with the large street parade where the streets fill with floats and fancy dress. The parade begins by the local high school next to the health center and passes by the Ancora Shopping Center on its way down to the market square where the music and dancing continues until the early hours. We highly recommend that you dress up and join in the fun! Sunday evening brings an end to the Carnival at 7pm with the burning of the sardine followed by a firework display. Location: Market square
